How often should I have my hair cut?
Generally hair grows at ½" (12mm) per month so to keep your hair looking healthy and in shape it should be re-shaped every six weeks.
What should I do if I apply a colour to my hair and it does not look right?
Firstly do not panic and apply another colouring product on top. Contact us and we will ask you to come in and let us have a look and see where we can help.
My children have a hairdressing appointment and I have found out that they have come home from school with head lice.
First of all re book the appointment for the next day and then go to your nearest pharmacist and buy the current product that will eradicate the head lice.
I have a colour on my hair, is it possible to have a perm on top?
Under normal circumstances you could have a perm but if in doubt contact us for a free consultation.
Going on holiday?
If you are intending to do a lot of swimming or sun bathing, it is advisable not to have any chemical services until you return.

In most cases it is advisable to go lighter as you get older.
